SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are the foundation of your success. They are the habits that you develop as a team. One bad habit can destroy your profit margin. You have good habits in your company, otherwise you wouldn’t be here. We’ll look at your company from a 50,000 ft view then deep dive into the area that you need the most improvement. Pareto Principle or “80/20” rule says 20% of your effort generates 80% of your results. For example you might do a great job onboarding customers, but you are weak at retaining them. This is because of your processes. The key to your success is understanding how all your SOPs fit together to create an amazing experience.
